Cooking outdoors is a great compliment to many other outdoor activities. Whether you are camping, fishing, hunting, or enjoying your backyard, this program will add another element to your outdoor experience.
Waterfowl make a fabulous addition to the dinner table. We’ll cover some waterfowl ID basics and then hit the kitchen and the grill. After discussion tips on prep, we will try two duck recipes and a goose recipe. Everyone will get to taste all of our dishes before we are done. This program is intended for adults. For those participating in “A Year in Color” this is color coded purple.
