Cowboy Up! Festival The Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo parade kicks things off at 10am and ends at Legion Park. The festival featuring a petting zoo-Lazy L Safari, 9 Holes to Go Golf, carriage rides, Vendors and food trucks Yum Yum Shack, Mini-farms Mafia and others. The Sikeston Jaycee Mutton Busting Competition will be held in the adjoining parking lot.
