Saint Francis Healthcare System Update – HOTLINE ACTIVE
The Nurse Coronavirus Hotline – 573-331-4200 – is live. The line is now staffed from 7 am to 5 pm, seven days a week. Patients can call with any COVID-19 questions and nurses can provide screening and next steps via phone. This hotline is for calls related to coronavirus screening only. If a patient meets the screening criteria in accordance with the DHSS guidelines, the patient will be directed to the nearest Saint Francis testing clinic. These clinics are equipped to handle testing for COVID-19. Testing for COVID-19 will NOT be performed unless all criteria is met in accordance with DHSS guidelines. Patients may seek testing at a private lab, but Saint Francis will not be performing elective tests. The screening questions can also be completed online at sfmc.net/COVID19qanda
If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, you must call our hotline first to find out if you meet the strict guidelines. If you qualify, our team will direct you to one of our dedicated testing locations.
